Control Panels – compact, innovative, and flexible
The Control Panels are equipped with modern ARM® Cortex® processors. The capacitive multitouch display and the elegant, contemporary design underscore the high quality standards of the product family.
Available in display sizes 4.3” and 7”, the devices can be operated in both landscape and portrait modes. Thanks to their compact design, they can be easily integrated into control cabinets or switchboards.

The Control Panels come pre-installed with the RT Linux operating system – a clear advantage for users who wish to make their own extensions or individual adaptations.
Numerous interfaces such as Ethernet or USB offer diverse connection possibilities.

The integrated removable storage allows for quick device replacement by simply swapping the SD card. Commissioning is also extremely uncomplicated, as the system image can be copied directly.

Furthermore, the series impresses with its easy programmability using CODESYS V3.5.x, including Target and Web Visualization. Thus, 4WEB-Automation combines a full-fledged controller with a modern multitouch panel in one compact system.

 

 

ControlPLCs – powerful, flexible, and open
The ControlPLCs from 4WEB are also equipped with a powerful ARM® Cortex® processor and feature the pre-installed real-time operating system Linux RT. Here too, users benefit from the system’s openness and expandability.

Thanks to two Ethernet ports, daisy-chain cabling can be implemented easily, space-savingly, and cost-efficiently without additional network peripherals. As with the Control Panels, the removable storage ensures fast device replacement and simple commissioning via SD card.

Further highlights include two separate IP addresses for separating machine LAN and shopfloor LAN, as well as the integrated CODESYS PLC, which supports various industrial Ethernet protocols – including EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT Master, PROFINET Device, and Powerlink.

The ControlPLCs are available with numerous options, e.g., WLAN, configurable RAM, and I/Os. Customized OEM solutions are also available on request.
