The Basic Panels from 4WEB were developed specifically for use in industrial environments and offer a reliable and cost-efficient solution for simpler automation applications.
The 4BASIC applications series is designed as a compact, web-based operating and visualization interface and enables communication with control systems via integrated web browsers – without taking on control tasks itself.
This makes the Basic Panels particularly suitable for use in industrial networks where machines and plants are monitored and operated via web-based HMI solutions.
The variants with resistive touchscreen allow comfortable operation even with gloves. Thanks to the compact design and robust construction, the devices can be easily integrated into control panels or operator housings.
The product family is predestined for lean applications, such as trending, alarming, or logging within the scope of simple visualization tasks.
The Basic Panels are available in display sizes from 4.3″ to 10.1″. They feature a pre-installed embedded system as well as 32 MB Flash and 32 MB RAM. The MicroBrowser is also on board as standard. Furthermore, the product family is compatible with CODESYS Web-Visu V2.x and V3.x.

It is a thin client device, i.e. not a complete PC, but a panel that accesses an external web server or web visualization solution via an integrated micro-browser.
There is no operating system on this product family.
Among others, CODESYS Web-Visu V2.x and V3.x as well as SpiderControl are compatible.
To clean the touchscreen, we recommend a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a cleaning solution specifically suitable for screens.
Please refrain from using aggressive chemicals or abrasive agents.
